She explained the egg before my session and spent time with me afterwards discussing my experience. The egg itself was so calming and rejuvenating at the same time. I left feeling balanced and relaxed and that feeling stayed with me for days after. I’ve done some research of the science behind the egg, and the experience did not disappoint.
