Drawn to music at an early age, I have always understood its healing power. My musical world started early: I began singing at eight years old and playing the violin and saxophone at age 10. But it wasn’t until the only thing curing my migraines in high school was playing my saxophone that I realized the magic music holds.

My interest in the world of holistic healing came later. Unable to get pregnant with traditional medical interventions (SO MANY NEEDLES!), I met a medical intuitive who believed the problem was not a physical issue but an energy blockage. I began hypnotherapy sessions to try and resolve any past trauma that could have been creating such a block, and I became pregnant naturally four months later at the age of 41.

I continued to explore new holistic modalities and was particularly drawn to sound therapy. This interest led me to randomly watch a video with Gail Lynn, the creator of the Harmonic Egg®. That one video led to a road trip to the nearest Egg in Pittsburgh, and that one Egg session led to Harmony & Light Wellness.

 I am beyond excited to bring the Harmonic Egg® to Long Island and hope to bring An-Ra healing, sound baths, and sound healing using vibrational tuning forks and Himalayan singing bowls to Harmony & Light Wellness in the near future.
